Goodwill has been serving the employment needs of veterans in Western New York since 1945. Goodskills Career Builder for Veterans is committed to helping veterans and their families make the transition from unemployment or underemployment to successful civilian careers. We also provide linkages to employers, human service providers, and veterans service organizations to ensure that veterans receive the services they have earned. Our job development services are available to all discharged veterans and their families.

In 2012, Goodwill joined forces with the Western New York Veterans Housing Coalition to launch the Veterans One-stop Center of WNY.
The Veterans One-stop Center of WNY empowers veterans, service members, and their family members to achieve economic success, housing stability, and emotional health and well-being through active outreach and engagement, advocacy, and linkages to community resources and opportunities.
